Organizational LEADership: Making Good Teams Great – In honor of 1 Lt Roz Schulte and Major Adrianna Vorderbruggen  

No team too big, no team too small. We have worked with organizations like Denver Public Health, the US Air Force, and many private local and global corporations. We tailor the program to fit your needs. For example, when we coach sports teams, we emphasize the leadership skills essential to winning: sportsmanship, communication, grit, problem-solving, and teamwork. Similarly, corporations can use these same skills in the workplace to win in business and life. The organization may change, but the concepts and skills remain the same.
